Breakfast Group, looked like they'd not been stinting on the sausages

Despite some early pressure on the Dads' goal, a
counter-attack saw them score first. David Rowe nipped in for the

The Lads continued to push forward, but went 2-0 down soon
after. |

The Lads' persistence paid off and they opened their account
midway through the first half. But it was still the Dads ahead by
one at half time. |

The Lads' team talk was obviously effective as they
equalised straight after the break. Then in a period of good team
play the Lads scored two more unanswered goals, putting them 4-2 ahead. |

Although this free-kick came to nothing, the Dads pulled a
goal back to keep the last ten minutes interesting. |

Despite the Dads putting in a number of late crosses, the
Lads held together well defensively and came out the winners - just one
goal separated the teams at the end after a hard-fought match. |
