Moonbase Mission report:
Well, we've come to an end of yet another Holiday Club; a week of great
fun and laughter and joy. We have played hard, made all sorts of
craft, had some laughs and learnt some great truths about God's love for
us and the call of Christ to follow Him.
The message we have shared is that God is not just there in the
background of our lives, but chooses to involve himself with us and calls
us to involve ourselves with Him. 24/7 and 365 days of every
year. We have heard children profess faith and trust in God - and it
is our hope that children and their families in the parish of Wilford,
Silverdale and Compton Acres would continue to explore and discover the
fulness of what it means to be loved by God.
As a church we will continue to hold our doors wide open for all.
We hope to see every one of you, children and parents alike, at many more
of the events we hold as a church for the community over the course of the
coming year.
