This is our book corner we use this for quiet times, register, stories and singing. The book corner is also where we discuss our number and letter of the week and our interest table.

On the left is a sample of construction toys others include duplo, stickle bricks, cogs, wooden bricks and many more.   On the right is a sample of a small world activity others include farm, dolls houses, happy town, garages and more.

Physical activity is high on our agenda and  takes many forms from the activities shown here to outdoor equipment (bikes, playhouses &climbing frame etc) dancing, balancing beams, bean bags hoops etc, short walks and more.

This is the imaginative play area this area is changed on a regular basis to become baby clinic (left), shop (right), home corner, post office, cafe and hospital. Other things include dressing up, puppet theatre and tent.

Messy and malleable play are also important the use of paint, collage, sand, water, play dough and clay are just a few of the things on offer with us.

Creative art work  by the children is highly valued and  is displayed around the room on various boards

THIS IS OUR TODDLER GROUP AREA

The toddler group have a wide range of activities each week these include paint, collage, construction, books, jigsaws, baby toys, small climbing frame and the use of an outdoor area in the good weather.
