The RCA course is a comprehensive anti-racism and anti-bullying course aimed primary school pupils, consisting of six sessions delivered over six weeks.  It has been developed and co-ordinated by Sabbir Hossain since 1996 at Primary Schools in Nottingham City. Pupils taking part use a workbook; the exercises that they should do from it are decided upon following an evaluation, prior to starting the course. Class size, ethnic make up and age along with any requests from the school are among points taken into consideration when compiling the content of the course an individual class receives.
